Jim Miller specializes in legal research and writing. He has performed the principal briefing on summary judgment and other dispositive issues at the trial and appellate levels in numerous cases, most of which were then settled or tried successfully before administrative agencies and state and federal courts. This work has included a wide range of cases involving employment discrimination and other denials of employee rights, whistleblower retaliation, and government denial of constitutional civil rights, as well as personal injury claims and a variety of business disputes.
